We ship to the US, Canada, France, Germany, and the UK. But we’re flexible! If you’re dying to wear Ateyo, email us at chat@ateyo.com. We’ll try to round up some mana and work our magic.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
If you’re in the US, orders over $30 USD ship free. Otherwise, you’ll pay the flat rate below, plus customs and duties if you’re overseas.

US: Free Over $30 USD
Canada: $10 USD
France, Germany, UK: $25 USD
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges from Europe & Canada. But we hope to change that as we grow!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
US: Within 1 week.
Canada: Within 2 weeks.
France, Germany, and the UK: Within 4 weeks.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Right now, we can only offer free returns and exchanges to customers in the US. But we’re working hard on extending our policy to all our neighbors in France, Canada, Germany, and the UK, too!

For US-based customers, Ateyo gear comes with a 30-day “demo” period upon delivery. During this time, return or exchange items for the gear that best suits your playstyle. On us. No questions asked.
